Taiwan 1st means, for Taiwanese, Taiwan's interest goes before any other countries'. This statement must be puzzling to people who do not understand Taiwan's political situation. How could there be a country whose interest does not go before other countries? Taiwan is such a country; many people in Taiwan do things to harm this country.

There are three groups of people in Taiwan that pose great danger to Taiwan's future. Most dangerous has always been KMT, which considers Taiwanese the conquered second-class citizens, brainwashs them, and now tries all it can to help China swallow Taiwan. The second group consists of Taiwanese KMT collaborators who just want a piece of pie at any cost including dignity and human decency. The last group is those Taiwanese who will sell their votes for a few bucks.
